Hey i have recently formatted and reinstalled windows and now when i run 2 or more programmes and the same time the "blue screen of death" appears >.<

is it bad memory or something else?

After you reinstalled Windows did you update all your drivers?

Run the memory test like apj101 suggested. It could be that your memory can't handle the 2 programs you're running.
