Can someone tell me what kind of connection this is?

I planned on getting this motherboard, but I can only count like one of those types of connections.

Looks like an internal USB connection. You would connect that to one of the USB headers on the motherboard.
 
Yeah that's what it has to be. That is no problem doing that, and if it came with drivers for it. I would install them after installing my Operating System.
