Can somone see this link please for help :P

It would be quite good for playing FSX, but perhaps not maxed as from what I hear it's very demanding. Also, more things:

1. If it's a pre-built then it may not support that CPU
2. You'll need a good GFX card as well to run FSX.
3. Don't buy from PC World, they're overpriced, Scan or eBuyer are good.

oh thanks for that you see the amd 3500+ was already installed in the pc so do you reckon i will have to stick with amds !!!! :( :mad::(

Oh great you sure i cant go to intel because all amds are plain crap for fsx.
:@:@:@:O:O i seen it on google intel cpus are totally better than amds

Well AMD CPU's are a lot cheaper than their Intel counterparts but you'd need to change the motherboard as well as the CPU to go Intel, that is though based on the fact that you have a socket AM2 motherboard because that can support DDR2 memory which is what the Core 2 Duo's generally utilise. If it's 939 or 754 then you'd also need new memory.

AMD's best CPu would be one of the FX series of processors but they run into treble figures in terms of price. Look at an AMD 6000+ or similar.

am only 14 lol so i dont have a job i got 50 quid lol i might need save up :( but how do i find out what socket i have ? please

Se a few posts ago on this topic for instructions on looking up the socket. And that's a good price for a 6000+ but I've no experience with that vendor.
