Run halo 2 vista well?

I would think it can run it fairly well. Probably not maxed out, but you should be able to run it on high(ish) at a decent resolution.

Cause I dont want to build a whole new computer just yet.

But now I am thinking...

Just 2gb ram and an 8800 and a cpu cooler for OCing.

then when I do build new, replace the 8800 with my 7900. cause the 7900gs will go in my lan server computer, for storage.

Why would you need a 7900GS in a server?

Cause it has no where else to go...


If the 7900gs will play halo 2 vista spectacularly with an added 2gb ram.


Id keep it.
But if not, that I put the 7900gs in the server and get an 8800gts.

Or sell the 7900GS for around $100, instead of putting it in a PC where it wont be used.

Will I be fine with my current rig, but with more ram and an OC'd cpu. And maybe OC the gpu.
