Can the Radeon HD 7750 crossfire?

I probably sound stupid for asking this but I'm not sure. I have a single Radeon HD7750 HIS iCooler right now but I want to crossfire for better performance. I've looked it up but I'm seeing mixed information on the cards details. On the details for retailers it says doesn't support crossfire yet I've come across countless reviews for the crossfire of two 7750.

Yes, it does support Crossfire. You can probably see towards the front of the card where the card meets the rear of the case the Crossfire bridge connector.

My card doesn't have a bridge but after looking up a little more information it said that the 7750 doesn't need a bridge to crossfire

So that means it supports software crossfire. It doesn't work as well as a true hardware crossfire.

If this is a store bought computer then no, and if you built it then maybe. Give us either the model of the computer or of the motherboard, because there's a chance it only has one pcie x16, and if it does I'm really doubting it has anywhere near enough watts on the psu.

I have a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 Motherboard, AMD FX-8120 (8x3.1Ghz) Processor, 8GB RAM and a 700 watt power supply that's my rig

According to the site, all 7xxx cards support crossfire. Some of their previous generations also have support for it as well.

Your motherboard doesn't have a second x16 or x8 slot. You won't be able to crossfire. See if you can afford to upgrade to a 990FXA.

It has a second x16 but it runs at x4, it's not optimal and might not do as well as double x8's but it will get a performance boost none the less.

What brand/model is the power supply?

Don't buy that crossfire bridge, your card doesn't have the slot so it will be useless, but software crossfire is still possible.

Also, in the original post, you just say better performance, you mean in games right? just making sure a graphics upgrade is what you really want/need
