Can these temps be right?

The room temperature is 69 degrees Fahrenheit. Is the temp sensor messed up or something? Or is it just really good cooling?

You can't get temps below room temp with standard air/water cooling. So unless you live in the Arctic, outdoors, in winter, those temps aren't correct.

If you want to be safe, add 15c to what HWMonitor says (when it's obviously incorrect) and that should give you a decent estimate of what your temps actually are.

Well a Phenom/Athlon only has one embeded temp. sensor on the procesor. If all your cores are not reading the same temp, somethings wrong anyway. If you look at the first temp reading above the processor temp. It has 40c/103F, thats the Northbridge temp. The second ones thats 24c/75F, thats the motherboards processor temps sensor.
