Can this computer play games smoothley !

Can someone please tell me if this computer will able to play games like counter strike and left 4 dead 2 smoothley?

The graphics card is nowhere near powerful enough to match the processor. And it's an HP, so the guts probably have really poor build quality.

It would probably play CS:S and Left 4 Dead just fine, but not on high settings.

what you mean The graphics card is nowhere near powerful enough to match the processor? and if its because of graphics card i could always upgrade that later
 
with HP (or any branded PC) that's not always as easy as it sounds. HP will only put a PSU in that barely meets the requirements of the components. And the PSU will require modifying the case to replace (BTDT). Your simple GPU upgrade may well end up to be a $500 venture to make.

Still maintain that its better for you to just build your own.
 
Counter strike is an older game, I would suspect most video cards could handle that. Most of the time things to watch for are what the game runs off of more heavily, for some it's cpu for others it's gpu. Upgrade according to what the system demands, and you should be okay. Try it out first and see how it runs.
