Can this Graphics card run CoD4?

I have a really bad computer and I have checked it out on http://www.systemrequirementslab.com and it says the only thing in my way is my bad graphics card and i was wondering if this: Sapphire 11125-05-26R HD3450 1GB HM PCI-E Graphics Card(http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-11...4?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1253293988&sr=1-4) will run cod4?

No! You will want a HD3850 MINIMUM. I myself have a 3870 and it can play crysis pretty well.

What the heck, Yes it can play COD4, probably on 800/600 on low settings but wit will play just fine...

yea you can probably play it on the lowest setting and the lowest res possible but you should be able to play.
