Can this run Bioshock Infinite on max settings?

Unfortunately I'm pretty much clueless about PCs and can't tell if this is good enough. I know I can't run Far Cry 3 or Skyrim on max unless I can settle for 25-30 FPS, so I'm wondering what I need to improve

Windows 7
ATI Radeon HD 5700
4 GB RAM
DirectX 11

Ok it looks like Can I Run it is suggesting that I upgrade my graphics card. The question now is what should I upgrade to? It's recommending AMD Radeon HD 6950 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560

I just upgraded the video card and got Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider free when they come out---what kind of settings do you think I can run them at---specs are in my sig.
