Can two monitors affect the other ones quality

Hello,

I hooked to my PC a new monitor via DVI and I cant figure out whether my very old VGA monitor while hooked to the same GPU as well could affect (badly) the quality of the new monitor.

Is such thing possible?

I see. Well what does the signal strenght depend on? My GPU is Radeon HD 7770 and so far the screens both seem to hit their full potential.

I am trying to figure out whether when I unplug the analog monitor if the digital monitor improves in quality but it could be just my imagination.
