Hi

I need to find a way to email the completed form I create within Access 2003. Is this possible?

Any tips, advice, steering in the right direction appreciated.!!

Thanks

Can't you just attach the file to an email whether it be webbased or an offline program?

Yeah thats what i thought,Then if whoever your sending it too also has Access they should be able to open it up right?

Email page from access via email...

I cant find a mail merge function ....ideally I could do with a button like you have in excel..."send to"

The content of the form would then be entered within an email in the same format....

It would make life so much easier! there must be a way!

hope this might help. i have adobe acrobat pro installed on my pc and gives me the option in access to send to mail recipient as adobe pdf.

Yes you can, but i'm using access 2007 though. I think it's done the same way in 2003.
here's how it's done.
create a Macro, and in the drop box select as seen.

once you have selected that, fill in the following like below

Now, go to your form or whatever, then put a button somewhere as a macro builder and select the save macro.
however it's not possible to send as an access form, it's best outputted to excel.

cheers hope it helps
