Can you guys give me a hand?

For a project in highschool I need to build/create something so I decided what's better then building a computer!? I need to guys to help me pick out some parts and this is what I need:

Cheap
The computer doesn't need to have a good video card, it could have none at all for that matter. So money can be saved in that area.
The audio card isn't important either.
Hard Drive isn't important either.. I only need like 100GB

Fast
After I've showed all my teachers my project I will be using it as an everyday computer and may once or two use it to edit a ski movie. So speed is good.

Attractive
Colorful fans, lights or anything that will make my teachers think "Wow he went that extra yard!" is good.

Easy to assemble
Other then opening my computer up and examining it and reading about computers I don't have much experience, so easy is better.

So I was wondering if you guys could give me a list of parts, or the parts you would use in my situation.
P.S, I'm probably going to install a 32-bit OS and may upgrade to a 64 in the future.:D

Tknick90 you're definitly the most helpful member i've met, you help me in everything.
The hard drive is pretty big for what I need, 1-200GB is enough but i'll change that up.

Glad to hear it :)

I'd get a 320 GB HDD minimum.

Power Supply-Raidmax semi-modular cables-530W-http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152028
Total without shipping before rebates-467.42
After rebates without shipping-402.42 I didn't include a video card because this has Radeon HD 3200 graphics onboard and has ATI Hybrid CrossFireX support . The processor comes with a heatsink and fan but I included the Arctic cooling one because it will work a lot better.
Subtract the Arctic cooling fan and price drops to $442.43 w/o rebates-$377.43
