Can you help me Overclock my RAM?

This is my current system, seems pretty stable
FSB 255, HT 3x RAM 166 MHz raised voltages a tiny bit. I want to get my ram higher but i dont know how to. Or is it not going to go any higher? Ive also read that my FSB : DRAM should be 1 :1 so the cpu and ram operate at same frequencies,, would i be best off having it a 1:1 instead of cpu : 12, what would be the affects - less mHZ slower / faster system. How can i change the ratio ? And lastly what are good timgins eg CAS RAS t CAS etc... as mine are all on auto atm.

How can i change the fsb : dram ratio in BIOS i cant seem to find it and should i set CL to 3 2.5 or 2. It was at 3. i put it to 2.5 not sure why
