So i have a 2tb external hard drive already so that wont be a problem, and i know i don't have a graphics card picked out but ill be getting one for Christmas. One other thing is the windows 7 should i get the oem one or the full supported version. So yeah basically will all of that work for a computer or is there any comments or concerns you may have

It's Ok, but can be better.

You want a nice power supply for a start. For about the same cost as that one you have on your list you can have a Corsair CX 600, which is a quality unit. You want to make sure you get a quality PSU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

The board is all right, I'd go Z77 though. Gigabyte make some nice cheap-ish Z77 boards. Check out the Z77-D3H and the Z77X-D3H from Gigabyte. You don't want a micro ATX board by the way, ATX is the way to go. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128543

The RAM you chose is slow as well, go for something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428 basically you want DDR3 1600MHz, you chose 1333MHz.

Graphics card wise, for 200 this is the best you can get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150609 the HD 7850 is a great card.
