I'm building another computer and I can't say I like windows 10 much. Everywhere I go it's an OEM, so do they still sell Windows 7 Home 64 bit full version (Not OEM)?

I think your right. Thank God I still have two non OEM Windows 7. I'll just buy the Windows 7 OEM and then in about 8 months upgrade to Windows 10 and then when it dies, I'm only out a hundred bucks, no big deal. Thanks.
What is your issue with OEM?

OEM = Can only put on one Computer. Non OEM = Can transfer the OS to a new system build
Anymore you just need to call the activation number and manually activate it. They will just ask you if it's only installed on one pc and you say yes. Starting with windows 8 there is no more retail versions. You can still find windows 7 retail on ebay and other places but it's not worth paying the extra for it.
