Can you tell me which Core are easily OCing?(Help Me To Choose,Inter&AMD both OK)

Sorry Praetor but I think I could update on your OC 101 and add that the VENICE cores on the new Athlon 64s are also excellent candidates for overclocking (look at my sig). Have a look on the net for the proper choice of motherboard as well as RAM as well. Good luck.

I think so.
I want to know the Model exactly,and in detail.
For instance:AMD Sempron3100+ with XXXXXXXX serial number easily.

I am afraid I do not have that information as the processor is already under the HSF. However, it is an Athlon 64 3000+ (Venice) with 512KB of L2 cache.
