Cancel pre-orders on steam?

Anyone know if you can cancell pre-orders from steam and get your money back?

Im thinking of cancelling my BF:BC2 pre order....afterall the game has not been released yet so therefore i dont actualy have it!

Ive not checked my bank account yet to see if Steam has taken payment,i dont think they would have due to it been a pre-order?

If they have not,im goig to cancel....

Seems i can even if payment has gone through...from steam themselves...

I bought a game with my credit card through Steam and either don't like it or don't want it anymore. Can I get a refund?

We can make an exception for pre-ordered games if the request is received prior to the release date.

Im just not impressed with BF:BC2,i think BF2 is better.
