Cannot access certain website

Hello networking gurus! My mum needs some help: everytime she tries to go to www.ringingcedarsforum.com in any browser it gives her a "could not find server" or similar message. However using hotspot shield (a great free vpn program) she can access the site.

It's not our firewall (AVG Internet Security 9.0, fully updated) as i've disabled it and tried but no luck.

The thing is just over a month ago she could access the site perfectly fine.

I suspect that TPG (our ISP) is blocking the site for some reason. who knows. their symbol is a pyramid, anyone who knows about the all seeing eye and the illuminati and all that take note here, everyone esle ignore.

Anyway could you guys click on the link and see if the site comes up or not. much appreciated!
 
works for me :)

try to ping the website

to ping it got to Start->Run-> type cmd-> type
ping www.ringingcedarsforum.com

and have look is there any reply if there is it could be Your PC creating problem. Maybe some malware installed ?

No response if i ping the site... Guess it's time for AVG Scans, along with MalwareBytes and HJT scans/logs :)
