Cannot connect to the internet after windows installation!

Hi everyone,

I am not a professional in computer things. I have a laptop and I have installed a new windows 7 32bit on it.

After the installation, I cannot connect to the internet. I opened the device manager and I think I don't have the network drivers installed. I have attached a screen shot of my device manager. Am I right?

I have tried some drivers but didn't work. How can I fix this problem? How can I find the correct driver?
