Cannot connect using TZO

Hi.

I have set up a Dynamic DNS service with TZO so I've got website xxxx.tzo.com
I've got 2 PC's (PC-1 and PC-1, both XP SP2). When I'm trying to remote connect to my PC-1 from PC-2 in a LAN, it is working, it's working also from PC-1 to PC-2. But when I'm trying to do it over the internet typing to remote connection box my xxxx.tzo.com I get messages "The client could not connect to a remote computer. Remote connection might not be enabled...." I'm using a Linksys Wireless router with DDNS enabled and connected to TZO.com. I thought the problem might be in a firewall but then I disabled it and still no fun.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

Make sure that the user accounts have passwords.

Hi.

Thanks for reply. On both of these PC's I have 2 user accouonts and all with passwords. I have tries enabling port forwarding from routers port 3003 (random port) to PC's port 3003 (random again). When I enabled routers configuration from any IP address, then I did get into router using xxxx.tzo.com address, but not any further.
