Cannot delete folder..

Hi

Sometimes i cannot delete a folder in Windows XP SP3. I get the following error message and have to log out and log back in to Windows to delete it. Is there anyway to solve it???

What folders are you trying to delete?

Stay out of the Windows, and Program Files folders.
Don't delete anything from those unless you know
for sure that you've Uninstalled the program using
the Add/Remove Programs utility first.

when i delete temp files... any one or two files said error, cannot delete...but other file deleting success..

That's normal because some applications may be running and using a file or
two while you're trying to delete it.
