cannot import files from mp3 or cam, what program do i need?

The window that normally pops up when i plug in a camera or mp3 doesn't show up, it usually has a few choices on what program i could use to upload the files... i usually just picked the windows one:o im not sure where it went but i want it back!! !


what program do i need to download or reinstall to get it back? my mp3 is getting thirsty !
 
Just go in My Computer, select your mp3 -->right click--> properties
then the autoplay tab.

you want to tell me you're that lazy that you need autoplay to open your mp3 for you ?
