Cannot Input Image Filename into the required window.

The hard drive DRIVERS on my PC are damaged and download them because the PC is 15 or 16 year old. Try to make a live USB flash drive by using Win32discimager which does not read image files with ISO extension names. Have to convert ISO to IMG. Use UltraISO to convert. The first step required on the UltraISO panel or dialogue window is Input Image Filename. I located the downloaded ISO file, but could not get it input to the blank window on the panel.

How to do this, please?
