Cannot install Skype on Windows 10 with Norton Antivirus

I cannot install Skype on Windows 10 with Norton Antivirus. The Skype installation says "Cannot get connection with server". What is problem could be? If need more information about computer and software please let me know.

Is it the full Norton suite with firewall? If so, disable protection of both AV and firewall and try again.
