Cannot Install Windows 7!!????

Ok I just bought windows 7 off ebay, new and sealed with 32bit and 64 bit discs. It came today and I have been trying to install it, however for some reason I can't. When I try to use the 64 bit disc it says something along the lines of not the correct installation disc. When I use the 32 bit disc I get as far as the actual beginning of installation, but maybe a minute into the installation I get this message:
"Windows cannot copy files required for installation. The files may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570"

Anyone know anything about this? What is going on, it's driving me crazy. All I wanted to do was go from 32 bit to 64 bit, and I just paid damn near $200.00 for this crap that isn't even working!!!!! Please if anyone has any info on this please reply. Thanks in advance. Btw, I have tried upgrading and doing the custom install and still nothing.

I have had that error before. I heard somewhere that it is caused by a missing dll file. Microsoft has been having this problem with some of the disks that they have sent out. if you can find someone else who has the same disk (like 64 bit Professional...etc.) you can install with that and use your product key to activate it or you can call Microsoft and hope that they can send you a new copy.

I hope that helps! Good luck!
