Cannot load itunes

For some obscure reasons I cannot get into itunes on my Lenovo (Windows 10) laptop. I have tried everything including running as admistrator. I have run CC Cleaner but clicking on the icon, nothing happens.

I tried a repair re-install also.

Could someone please advise.

Use Revo Uninstaller to completely remove it and then reinstall it.

Many thanks seems to be working now, although it keeps saying "turn off itunes compatability mode"

Just not sure how to do that ?
