I am trying to reinstall my DNS 10 program and always get a screen advising me to reboot because of a "footprint" of a previous installation. If I could clear this error message, I might be able to reinstall the program. Does anyone knoe how to eliminate all evidence of a previous installation?
I am not interested in being rooked into buying all sorts of "guaranteed" fixes nor am I into all of the technical jargon.

click on that pdf link, there is a link in there to download the remover for dns 10

Thanks for the tip. I found and tried it a few days ago but I still get the message that my computer is holding on to a previous or partial installation. I can't do anything until I get rid of that old installation. I keep thinking that it is hung up in the registry but how do I find and delete the old file? Must format and reinstall the OS?
It is really sad how they sell us this crap with no easy way of getting rid of it. They should have resolved this issue before they began selling it.

Make sure you delete the program folder for it and you most likely you will have to search the registry for it and delete all entries.

Still cant totally delete DNS 10

I have searched through the registy and deleted all references to "Dragon" and Nuance but I am obviously missing something. I suspect the program has left an unidentified file there. I am also inclined to doubt the integrity of the hard drive since I also get frequent "not responding" error messages. Any thoughts?
