Cannot remove virus

I have Kaspersky Anti Virus, and it is detecting multiple viruses, but they are placed in password protected archives, and it says that it is unable to remove them. Do you have any advice as to what I should do? Thanks!
 
If you know the location of the virus, try to boot in safe mode and delete them manually. But, disable the system restore first. Do a google search for the key that enables your system to boot in safe mode. That is what I do when I know the location of the virus and it has allways worked for me, Unless you have of the nasty ones that just keeps comeing back because it's mean body is somewere else. After that run Hijack this and post the log. I am sure someone will help you look through.

EDIT- BY the way. If you don't know the location of the virus. just run Hijack this and post the log.

Make sure you follow the sticky first, make sure your Kaspersky is updated. Then boot to safe mode (when the computer is rebooting press the F8 key repeatedly until you get the menu, then choose Safe Mode). Once in safe mode run you Kaspersky virus scan.
