I recently got a Canon Canoscan 8800F for my birthday and have been scanning old family photo negatives in. I have easily got over 1000 negatives and have just discovered a stack of 126 film negatives at the bottom on the box.
The scanner didn't come with a holder for these type of negatives and I have tried putting them in the 35mm holder just in case it worked and putting them straight on the scanner bed. Neither of these ideas have worked.
Does anyone know of a way that I can scan these in successfully? Any suggestions would be helpful - my mother won't stop nagging me about the 126 film photos.
