Hi everyone.
Recent days. When I turned on my printer. Warning light of the printer was yellow. It mean that the printer was problems. at that time I printed documents from PC immediately a error message as follows
"Service error 5100.Cancel printing and turn the printer off and then back on. If this doesn't clear the error, see the printer manual for more detail."
If I do as instruction above. error message still appear again.
Please help me.
