Can't access bios

Hey guys,

This is my first post in computer forum, and this is my dilemna. I was going to run Knoppix so I changed my boot sequence in bios to this:

1.cd rom
2.hdd
3.hdd
4.floppy drive

It was originally like this:

1.floppy drive
2.hdd
3.hdd
4.cdrom

Now it never worked correctly, I couldn't run Knoppix. So then I restarted my computer to go back into bios but i couldn't. I hit F2 for bios but it sends me to advanced boot options. So I was wondering if anyone could tell what I have to do to get back into bios. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Intel core 2 duo, 2gb ram, 2x 250 GB, Intel d946gzis mobo, vista ultimate. Is there anyway I can add my specs to all my posts without having to type them in everytime?

yes put it in your sig. hit user cp and edit signiture (rembere only 10 lines tho)
 
I can't access my bios since I changed the boot sequence can anybody tell me how to fix this? I hit F2 and it takes me to advanced boot options.Please help.
 
you can try to reset it. take the sliver button battery out and remove all power to the computer. wait 30 sec and put everything back. and try again
