Can't access certain site, logs inside.

On my brothers computer my mum can't go to www.ringingcedarsforums.com , nor can i ping the site in a cmd window.... so here are my logs:

That's the site i meant to type, i can't access it. using the VPN i can. Guess I'll fix that entry now.

nope still can't get there... think it could be the ISP has blocked the site? it was working just under a month ago.

Possibly, might want to give them a call and ask to have it removed from their white/blacklist or whatever.
