Cant Access CF?!

Ok so this has happened to me a few times. Basically I am unable to access this website. Right now I am using a proxy because that seems to be the only way I can use CF.
When i go to it normally it will say "cannot find server"
So far I have tried:
1. Clearing the Cache
2. going to computerforum.com without the www.
3. using a different browser
4. using a different computer, on the same network.
5. pinging the website. wont even try. cant find it to be able to ping it.
6. reseting my router
Now every other site works. Only CF wont. Whenever I have this problem, after around 2 days it will start working again. Sometimes longer.
I cant even ping it, i dont understand why. its not down. its a problem with my network it seems, seeing as my dads computer wont load it either.

any ideas?

What does it say when you try to ping it?

It doesnt acknowledge that there is any such host/server.

Alright, do you have a static or dinamic ip? If it's dinamic, have you tried reseting it?

That's wierd. Maybe the problem is on the CF side. Or maybe I know s*** about networks

You should know that resetting your router does this.

Well anyway its working today. So I guess from now on i'll just have to wait it out

Well it didn't work for me at school and i got my brother to check it at home for me and it didn't work... but it's back on now....
