WIndows 10 Can't access local accounts

Hello everyone,

I have Windows 10 Education that I got from work, and I sign in with my workplace credentials. I to want add local accounts so other family members can use the PC. I was able to create the accounts seemingly without difficulty.
On the log in screen, I click 'Other user' to sign in, but I only get the option to "sign in to: your work or school account".

Is it possible to sign in to a local account? Has it been disabled? Is there any way round it?

However, I believe its because of the type of license you have which is education. Thats why school accounts are required.

Thank you johnb35, there's some interesting reading there, but I don't think it's any help to me. In fact, the person who posted the question on that thread gave up what they were trying to do, and bought a different licence. Reading on made me pessimistic that my problem is solvable.

I'll still be very grateful if anyone has a solution, but it's not looking likely.
