can't activate hibernation

for some reason i can't enable hibernation. i recently reformatted, and can't get it to work. i get some error saying that the file can't be reserved because it is is use, or something to that extent. any help is appreciated.

sry to join in on your thread.. but i would like some help 2..

i have wireless microsoft keyboard n mouse set up and when ever i try to hibernate it hibernates for .30 of a sec then comes back on as if some1 has just pressed a key..

any help would b appreciated...

nothin like coming back to a really old thread!! but if it's still a problem, you might try to see if you can customize the buttons on the keyboard, just to check that they're doing everything right, i dont know if you have a program to do this with, but give it a try?

something happended with the installation. you may have to reformat it again

Have you tried different drivers? Either newer or older?
