When computer boots, it flashes a blue screen and restarts, i disabled restart on failure and got some info but dont know what any of it means. its a gateway mx6440 you will have to let me know what if any specs you need other than the message i got on restart.
Address F742CF33 Base at F741e000 ive tried safe mode, and all, but it wont go anywhere for me to work with it. it shows the "gateway screen" first and loads but instead of all black there is a crooked gray line on the bottom of it about 2-3 inches tall, (that wasnt there before) then asks to boot normal, safe, last good config... tried all and nex it goes blue and thats all thanks in advance
