cant connect my laptop to the router wirelessly?

the router is upstaires on its on. its connected to 1 pc and 1 laptop wirelessly no problems there. however i have another dell laptop and it has built in wireless card and it will not connect to the router wirelessly... work group and everything is same. its found the router but will not connect. how can i connect it wirelessly?
 
Make sure they both have the same encryption. It should be wanting to connect. Play with it some more. But, If you do not get it to work you should probably call the manufacture of the router and they will probably help you.
 
whats the encryption key? is it the one when u type the ip address of the router and it asks for your admin and password?
