I have a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 WiFi Tablet that is completely operational and I use the internet on it daily. For some reason though, when I come over to my boyfriends house I can't seem to connect to their open network. When I scan for hotspots, their network comes up as "Netgear" as an unsecured network requiring no password. Every time I try to connect to it however, the tablet just says "Scanning..." and does not ever connect. They have a netgear wireless router. Is there some reason that this is happening? I was at a different friends house earlier today and their open network was also Netgear and I connected to it just fine. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this/connect to their WiFi network?
