cant decide

alright that looks good but i was just wondering does it matter that i am getting ddr2 ram and not ddr3 for it?

yes because that motherboard only supports DDRII at 1200, 1066 and 800
for what its worth mate i would not bother with DDR III, just not worth it yet.
 
alright so what i got in my shopping cart for now is the motherboard, ram, video card, and processor that i posted earlier along with a 700 watt power supply, 500 gig hdd, a case, and a dvd burner. do u guys think i will need anything else? ( i already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse and that stuff)

CPU cooler and thermal paste, that processor is OEM and doesn't come with them.
