Cant deside on what to set to build

Hey guys i came up with these two sets, one is intel the other is amd, i need some help deciding. Which one would be good for mostly watching movies and a little bit of games.
CPU: AMD FX Quad-Core 4100 (3.6GHz, AM3+)
M/B: ASUS M5A87
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5770
RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR3 (PC-10666, CL9)
HDD: (1) Western Digital Velociraptor (80GB), (1) Western Digital
Caviar Black (500GB)
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 (500-watt)
Case: Raidmax Atlas .or. Raidmax Thunder
OS: Windows 7 (64-bit) Home Premium

M/B:GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155
GPU:EVGA 01G-P3-1450-TR GeForce GTS 450

out of the 2 the second, but truthfully both of those flat out suck. do you have a price in mind and we can through you some lists?

edit: even though I'm all about AMD and that has no affect on my decision whatsoever, it's still the better deal in my opinion

Doesn't matter if they both suck... I'm on a budget just like you, go with AMD...
