cant download vista 64

hi i am trying to download vista 64 but every time i click the download luink the file is just over 13mb does anyone know why or how i can fix it

is it just a demo of vista or is it the beta of the os so would u have to reinstal ur windows xp after trying it

its the beta2 version and i have tried the normall link and the download manager
