Can't email picture

When i right click on a picture to email it I can't email it or better yet open it in my email. I'm using windows xp and explorer 7.
Help please
 
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced Tab, Scroll down until you see Multimedia and look for Show Pictures and make sure it is checked.
