Can't find a part for a Laptop. Help Please?

The heatsink fan does not spin anymore for a Toshiba Satellite A105-S101 laptop I have. I tried blowing compressed air into it but it did not fix the problem. I am wanting to buy a heatsink assembly to replace the present one for less than $30.

Can anyone find this part? I have been searching the Internet but have not been successful.
