Can't find other Hard Drive in My Computer

I have 2 Hard Disc drives, but in My Computer only 1 is shown.
That one that is shown is Master (Local Disc C:) and other hard drive is Slave (Local Disc D:).
Slave drive was visible before I made Low Level Format on it. When i made Low Level Format, that slave drive wasn't shown in My Computer and I don't know how to access it.
After that i reinstalled driver for it, and nothing. It still isn't shown in My Computer.

Any ideas why it is not shown or accessible?
 
Right click my computer icon, click on properties, click on manage, click on disk management and assign it a drive letter. Then it will show up in My computer.
 
I am using Windows 7 (genuine), and it's little different.
I found Disk Management somehow, but I can't see my other drive there also.
Only my Local Disc C:, and system reserved memory.
It is strange that my pc found that hard drive and installed driver but can't find it anywhere or access it.
