Can't find program in Add/Remove - Vista

I'm in the process of changing the households computer's security from McAfee to Kaspersky. The first laptop running XP, I had no problems with. The second laptop is running Vista which I'm not too familiar with.

I deleted all visible McAfee programs from Vista's Add/Remove equivalent, but when I go to install Kaspersky it says that McAfee Anti Virus Site Adviser 2008 has not been removed and will not continue with the installation. I tried to find it in C:Drive program files, but there's no sign of it in there either.

Can anyone help me locate it?

same thing or idea.

if not start run '%appdata% and delete occurrences of the program.
on the other hand there might be a removal tool at the web site.
check program files and delete occurrences of the program and reboot.
Im using Kerperskys internet security. like it. will renew in about 3 wks.

I have CC Cleaner on my XP laptop, so I'll download it on the Vista one and give that a go.

If you can't seem to find it try Google-ing Revo Uninstaller, a great piece of software for uninstalling those things that you just can't seem to uninstall. If it's not listed under the regular section in Revo's menu try using the Junk Files Cleaner, which can be found under the Tools menu.
