can't format hard drive

hello ,


I have a problem to format and install windows xp
I have some critical errors on the old xp I think its coming from spyware xp.
my dad installed it from somewhere ;( and now I dont know what to do.
i have xp on cd after booting system is coping files okay then restarting computer and showing that the hard drive have some errors or wrong connected partitions.

WHAT SHOULD I DO? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ?

Did you delete the existing partitions before installing or is this the slave drive you added to an existing system? It's also possible you have some bad memory. Download and run memtest, you will need to burn it to cd first to run it.
