Cant Format to FAT32

I recently purchased a hard drive deal where i got a 250gb hard drive and a hotway landrive. When the product arrived it had already been setup and for some stupid reason they had already formatted the hdd to ntfs! The landrive can only work with fat32 drives, so i can use the drive via usb, but cant access the landrives web control panel or network the drive. I have tried using Windows XP disk management, removed the primary partition and tried to reformat the whole drive again, but it only gave me the option of NTFS when i tried to format.

Please Help!!
 
Windows XP can only format up too 32GB as FAT32 !!!!, you need to download summin like partition magic 8.0 ! or use a win98 machine to format the drive !!!

lol looking back at my post i have released that i did go a lill OTT on the !!!`s. Sorry dude but i love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
