Im tired of playing with it now. Its an older computer im giving away to some neighbor hood kid. I wiped the computer completely with a new installation. I cannot access the internet. installed the drivers for the motherboard and no internet access. I do have one driver that missing but don't think that has anything to do with it. yellow exclamation for mass storage controller. The motherboard is a intel express installer cd. 'D865GBF' and D865GLC.
Any ideas why i can't access the internet. Worked before the wipe and new install.
thanks

I don't think i needed any special setting to tweak to access the internet. Its Microsoft Windows XP Professional. I should just access i think. Never had this problem before.

Lets find out what driver you need as well. Right click on the device in device manager and click on properties, then click on the details tab. Give me the 4 digit vendor and device id numbers. It would look like this.
