Can't get the latest version of Microsoft Messenger to work properly for me

Every time after I send a message using the latest version of Microsoft Messenger for the Mac, I have to click in the message field again to start typing another message AND IT'S REALLY ANNOYING! How do you fix this problem?

Hello,

This is a known bug that happens when you install safari 4 beta. Are you running this?
There is no known fix at the moment, however, all you have to do is use the safari 4 beta Uninstall packet that came along with the safari 4 beta installation packet.

just follow the instructions and it will automatically install the previous version you had installed, and then restart the computer.

your MSN Messenger should return to normal.

if you trashed the application just download it again and use the uninstall packet.

Just a temporary solution until Apple fixes the safari bugs.

Yeah I probably was running that version of Safari at the time. I now use Firefox cos it's better. Since I'm not an admin, can I just delete Safari and it's plist (if I can) or just not use Safari? Apple seems to have been suffering from quite a few bugs lately. My wireless bt keyboard sits dormant and unusable next to my wired e-blue one.

C'mon Apple!
