Cant get to certain sites.

I am having problems getting to certain sites lately
Like fro some reason I cant get to e-bay and it says something like
Internet explorer cannot dipslay the web page.
But other pages are fine.Is this something in my security settings.

Try using Firefox and see if it still happens.
